This past Friday, Nick and I headed out for happy hour at a new pizza place that just opened up. I am always looking for delicious gluten free pizza options, and this place did not disappoint!
Spin Pizza has a great causal vibe. They have a ton of local beers on tap, including a cranberry cider which was really good. I don’t like ciders that are super sweet and this one had a nice tartness to it.
They have happy hour every day from 3-7pm which includes full bottles of wine for half price. Great for meeting girlfriends after work!
I opted for the Mini Mia Pizza Duo. This comes with a side salad and a 6 inch pizza. All of their dressings are gluten free, so you just have to ask for one without croutons. Their Caesar dressing was really good.
I went with a classic pepperoni pizza, but will definitely have to try some of their other options next time. I loved that you can get either the 12 inch or 6 inch pizza gluten free. Most places only offer one size. The six inch gives you about 4 mini slices. This was the perfect amount with the salad and way better for portion control. Sadly, I have no restraint when it comes to pizza.
The best part, the staff seem to take extra care when handling GF orders.
