Tomorrow is Christmas Eve!

Seriously, where did the time go?! I officially have 2 hours left of work for 2015!

This afternoon I’ll be picking up some last minute gifts, cleaning the house, and wrapping everything up!

I made a super quick, easy lunch for today since I’ll be so busy. We are trying to eat everything in our fridge so it doesn’t go bad while we are visiting family over the holiday. I made a quick veggie sandwich using Udi’s Millet Chia BreadI love that it has 5g of fiber and 6g of protein for only 150 calories. I topped it with two tablespoons of low fat cream cheese, and some chopped cucumber. Clementines are also in season right now and the perfect snack!

I few days ago, I took Peanut to the dog park and to the lake by our house. It has been in the 70s here and really nice! Definitely not Christmas-like weather though…

After running wild, he was all tired out and ready for a nap. Perfect timing for me to get a run in. The amount of unhealthy food we are going to eat over the next few days is unreal, so I need to fit in some fitness whenever I can.
